The room was VERY CLEAN. Amy (check-in) was EXTREMELY professional, very nice, and made my check-in smooth. I am normally hesitant about the beds, but everything in this room was SPOTLESS. I was even a little nervous at first because I saw a LOT of foreign workers, but Amy explained the situation and made me feel completely at peace about my stay. It was in an area that was near food and shopping. I would definitely have no problem staying there again.

The room was clean. When we pulled up we thought the hotel was closed because of the construction at the front door plus no cars in the parking lot. Drove around back and saw their cars. No signs saying use this door to enter. Had to call the hotel to find out how to get in. Breakfast was awful. Just some oatmeal and cold coffee. I will never recommend this hotel.

The room was great, everything was updated and really nice! The continental breakfast was excellent with several options to start your day. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. The MOST important thing is that we left a valuable item behind in the room and it was immediately put in the office when found. Then Raj personally went far above and beyond facilitating getting it back to us. We can't express enough how much we appreciate what Raj did for us. He is an exceptional person and the Hotel is lucky to have someone like him working there

We waited about 15 minutes upon arrival for someone to check us in, around 7 pm. The elevators where dirtty like dirty hands that had food on them was all on the wall. The hallways were clean. They were fixing the front entrance so no parking or entering on the front. Had to park in the rear got back late so we had to park in the front and walk. The pillows were so flat we ended up going to Burlington to buy some bc we were there for 3 days. The room itself was clean. But the bathroom was like it hadn't been cleaned. There was so much hair on the floor, sink, and in the shower. It was old soap in the soap dish in the shower. And we found two stink bugs in our room. We spoke with a manager but all he said was I'll talk to the staff about the room conditions. The property only been open since December should have better service. I love the area bc of the food and shopping. Buy I wouldn't stay there again
