Room was mostly clean (found a tooth flosser on the counter when we walked in). Room looks really nice at first glance, but can definitely see some wear and tear. Pull out bed was not comfortable. I really liked the 2 bedroom suite for our family. However, I was disappointed that there is no longer a pool or hot tub as listed on the amenities. No ice machine available and the ice maker in the freezer was turned off.

Not Pet Friendly as Stated in Website

While this is said to be a pet friendly hotel, it is not. There is absolutely no pet relieving area. When we asked about it they told us to just lift our dog up into the planter boxes (full of wood chips) next to the street for relieving themselves. Not at all worth the $75 charge for our pet.

Our check in was terrible. The experience took near an hour or a little more just to get a room. Meanwhile we were standing there with all of our stuff. Then we finally got a room only to be called back to ask for a card for incidentals hours after our check in. The man on duty was kind and chatty, but new little to nothing about the computer system or how to assist in getting us into the room.

Although I booked same day through Expedia on a long cross country drive and received a confirmation number when I arrived close to midnight reception told me there was no reservation and they were full. I had to look elsewhere in the middle of the night. Can’t trust them to have your room reserved. I was even charged but Expedia refunded. Don’t stay here
