I have stayed at this property for several days and unfortunately experienced repeated issues that made my stay unnecessarily difficult. Ashley at the front desk repeatedly called my room eight times in one day, disrupting an important international business Zoom conference I was hosting. She also refused to allow my food delivery to be brought to my room, even though other staff had no issue accommodating similar requests for other guests.
In addition, when I requested basic services such as towels, toilet paper, and housekeeping, these requests were ignored. It created the impression that my stay was being made deliberately uncomfortable. This level of service is not acceptable for a paying guest.
On a positive note, Karen at the front desk was exceptional—professional, courteous, and the kind of staff member who truly improves the guest experience.
