I would like to share some friendly feedback as a guest who stays at your hotel frequently whenever I travel to Amsterdam. Overall, I truly appreciate your spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, comfortable reception area, and the generally attentive service.
However, during my recent stays, I have increasingly noticed issues regarding room cleanliness. The room is often not properly cleaned, and upon arrival there are usually several small but noticeable shortcomings related to housekeeping.
Additionally, during my last stay, the TV in my room did not work for two days. Even though I reported it three times, it was only resolved later, as I was told that the technical team does not work on Sundays. Considering this is a hotel environment, I believe technical support should be available at all times.
Aside from these issues, I am overall satisfied with the service, and I hope these points can help improve the guest experience. This message is meant purely as constructive feedback from a loyal and regular guest.
