Can't trust the staff's word
My wife and daughter were booked for a two night stay. Due to an emergency, they had to leave after one night. At the time of check out, they were advised by front desk staff that they would be getting a refund for one night. That refund never came. I followed up by calling and leaving a message for the hotel manager, but I never heard back. I contacted Expedia and they could not get the hotel's permission to give the refund.

Upon arrival we had to wait 10 minutes for staff to arrive to the front desk to check us in. The bathroom sink had a slow drain and could have used a heavy cleaning. Blow Dyer was not working. Property is certainly in need of an update.

Nice hotel
Good location and hotel was clean. My only complaint is that there is a train line right in front of it, the train passing and horning woke us up early in the morning ( not the hotel’s fault obviously but it’s good to know if you are planning to sleep in the morning).

Disgusting! Literally the worst place I have ever stayed. Hilton/Hampton Inn will be hearing from me. Staff was awful. Sloppy and unprofessional. Sheets were ripped and the wrong size. Pillows were old. Shower doors on upside down, sink didn’t drain, Everything is just old gross.

Not bad for the money
The staff was very nice however when we got up to our room, one of the beds did not even have a fitted sheet on it so we had to calm down at 10 o’clock at night to have somebody come up and make the bed was fine with our stay. The carpet in the elevator needs to be replaced. It is very old and dirty.
