6/10 Buena

Although the room design & furniture was better than I expected , there were other issues I couldn't ignore. The bed sheets(both fitted & flat)had visible holes in them , the room itself had an "unclean" smell, the toilet was unstable from the floor, the shower curtain was dirty , too long for the shower & it wouldn't stay closed & there was a big hole in the wall near the floor that had me nervous the whole wknd I stayed there. And , spiders were in the room. I actually had to buy bug spray & spray the room to make sure no more "unexpected" guests were in the room. Although , staffing was very nice & the upkeep of the outside property was visibly clean & well maintained , & the location of the hotel is perfect(easy access to all Georgetown has to offer & more). The rooms may need to have a little more "general" cleaning & insect prevention.

It’s very clean and comfortable and very safe. I enjoy my stay there and I’ll stay there many times during the month.

2/10 Mala

Air conditioning was leaking and barely cooled a foot out. Room was neat but not clean besides the broken lamp , the water leaking on floor , the hole in bathroom door, the inability to lock the main door or keep the bathroom locked or even shut. The staff weren’t bad this time but

I don't mind staying at 'below par' hotel at a budget price. For their price, I expected way more. Old furniture, room was not sparkling clean, the shower head was not operational (I bathed with a cup)...

This place is a total disaster. The toilet ran all night. The towels were dirty. The window didn't lock. There were leaves in my bed. Something bit me in the night. No refund when I complained. BEWARE!
