They may fail to notify you that if you stay on a low floor you’ll hear construction in the parking lot. It had been going on fur last 3 months according to VI staff yet I was not notified that there wid be jack hammering fro 8 am-3 pm M-F. We were never notified. Then had to wast two days to get moved to smaller room with no financial adjustment- be careful of the bait and switch they pills on me.
