I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay at the Quality Inn was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I checked in, the experience was below expectations. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and rushed through the process without even a smile.
The room was outdated, and cleanliness clearly wasn’t a priority. There were stains on the carpet, the bathroom had mold in the corners of the tub, and the bedding didn’t look or smell freshly laundered. The “free breakfast” was barely edible — cold eggs, stale pastries, and watery coffee.
Noise was also a major issue. I could hear every step and conversation from the hallway and the room above me. Walls felt paper thin, and I barely got any sleep.
For the price, I expected at least a clean and comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, the Quality Inn did not deliver either. I won’t be returning.
