Hotel building/rooms definitely needs some renovation. Not that they are bad, just not new. Rooms are pretty small as well, but thats what you can check in room description so pretty much expected. Everything else is on very high level especially service and amenities. Animation can be improved in terms how active animators are in involving patrons, but list of activities is pretty extensive. Evening shows are of good quality as well. Overall its very good hotel for families with kids

The facilities, the food and more importantly the staff were amazing. I'd definitely recommend this stay to families with kids. All of my negative experiences happened with the other guests. I don't know if these rude, queue-jumping, disrespectful people are like that in their own countries and in their own lives. It is a shame. This is obviously has nothing to do with the hotel, well they wouldn't be able to stop some people from booking.
