Lovely apartment and location - very close to Mahane Yehuda market. In general would recommend this place and staff quite helpful. Wifi is slightly unstable and therefore no access in bedroom Only suggestion is a place to store luggage as arrived early in Jerusalem and had to walked around for a few hours with luggage before able to check-in

During my first night of a three-night stay, Israel began attacking Iran. I stayed in a Basic Apartment, 1 Bedroom, on the ground floor. Access to it and two other ground-floor apartments is via a separate entrance from Agrippas Street around the corner. Importantly for this trip, the closest protected space turned out to be a parking garage next door. Also, because of the separate entrance, it took a little time to go around and get up to the rooftop terrace. It was worth it, though! Great location, great apartment, and great customer service.

Nice modern apt with great washer and dryer. Good tv and internet, heating/cooling Not all apts have view. Good kitchen. Walkable to metro that takes you to the old city (historic area).

The location of the apartment was very convenient for exploring the old city of Jerusalem. We were a few minutes from the light rail that takes on directly to the old city gates. Best of all we were within a few minutes walk to the famous Yehuda market which we visited most evenings. The apartment itself was clean and was quiet well insulated from noise. The only complain I have is that it is located on an alley that is not lit up at night so walking from the Main Street to front door of the apartment maybe unsettling for some people. Also be aware that it is not easy to get parking around the area unless you use pay to park garage which is a few minutes walk from the apartment

Unfortunately access to apartment difficult but we did get in only to find conditions not matching images and sheets not changed from previous guest though bed made. Bed was full of hairs from previous guest and items open in shower from them as well. Rising damp in ground 2 bed flat has effected wall etc etc

Noise and mattress were a huge turn off.

They neglected to mention there was a huge construction project across the street. Jackhammering every single day from 7am-7pm for 3 1/2 weeks. And lots of dust. Should have been a note on description. Condition of mattress was unacceptable. Stained with bodily fluids. We informed them and they neglected to act. Disgusting. Shame because it was a great property and wonderful location.

The place is clean and safe. We arrived at 8am in the place because we have an early flight goin to ben gurion aiport but unfortunately they cannot let us in the apartment. The cleaning lady susan, help us to store our luggage in the basement before the tlv2go office reach out to us. Laundry machine is the problem. Our clothes turned bluwish in color after we did our laundry the 2nd night.

The apartment came with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was located just 10 minutes from the Old City Jerusalem. We were so conveniently close to the light rail 🚈 and other public transportation options that getting around was not an issue at all since we didn’t have a rental. The WiFi was strong, so my son could do his online assignments without any issues and we could all be connected on our devices without any issues. All the appliances worked with the exception of the washer/drier. My original apartment was on the fourth floor and had to be relocated to a bottom unit since the elevator was broken. The apartment is located on a quiet side street and it was possible to walk to the center of town with many shops and restaurants in less than 15-20minutes. Contacting and communicating with the agency was easy. Only issue we had was being awaken in the middle of the night to other guests walking into out apartment. These people apparently had the same reservation and lock codes to unlock our apartment door. Aside from those things, this place is a great option when traveling to Jerusalem.

se me complico la llegada y la informacion para el acceso pero me ayudaron a resolverlo . Me encanto la ubicacion la convivencia von la cultura en edpecial el mercado mahane yehuda y tambien todo esta cerca en tranvia. El lugar es muy comodo amplio, solo tener cuidado con detalles como de pintura y mantenimiento. Tambien nos falto algun edredon mas y algun tapete mas para el baño. Pero todo excelente
