I paid and was confirmed with the reservation, but I didn't notice an email asking me to do pre-registration 24 hours before I check in though I still did it 5 hours ago before I check in.
When I arrived, I cannot contact the administration in any possible way, no phone call is answered, no message is replied. I stood in the cold street with luggage at 9pm trying to find another hotel.
Fortunately, Expedia customer service help me to find one.
If this rental service has such strict rule, they should inform the customer in advance, and they should inform the user the rental service is rejected, not just receive the payment and then do nothing.
Worse experience of my Expedia reservations, and so far, no apology has been received!
