The worst experience I’ve ever had. I felt like I walked into 1950s deep south plantation where this white man in khakis and a button down was running his hotel “his hotel “which it is not it is a franchise like a plantation and everyone around him serves him… I repeat everyone around him, serves him so I was quietly looking at the hotel menu for dinner walked out of my room with my dog in one of the employees kept agitating and talking with my dog while I was trying to have a regular conversation with somebody so that tells you that the general manager hires, subpar, illiterate, ignorant individuals who have no mind of their own and do not have a bigger picture of what hospitality and hotel service management might look like, these ignorant people created a nightmare for me and my dog. The stupid employee who kept talking to my dog was making my dog bark and I was just trying to have a normal conversation thinking that if I just kept the conversation with the other person that this employee would shut up and go away, but they did not so the general manager came out, put his hands on his hips, looked , as if it were my fault that my dog was barking. I walked back to him and explained what was happening. I am a disabled person with very minimal hearing, so my volume is hard to control du. I could barely hear theHe put his finger in front of his mouth and shushed me… Later they apologize profusely, offering me dinner and then called sherif! Fraud! Discrimination. Abuse. No.
