We booked this hotel for a baseball tournament weekend and were really disappointed. The listing on Hotels.com showed that the property had a restaurant and bar, which was a huge part of why we chose it—so the parents could relax and eat on-site after long days at the fields.
When we arrived, we found out the bar and restaurant were actually closed indefinitely, with zero mention of that anywhere in the listing. Even worse, the signs were still up at the hotel advertising the bar and grill. It felt very misleading.
The room also wasn’t clean. There were used floss picks left on the nightstand, coffee stains on the table, and what looked like dried blood or burn marks near the mirror and door. We had to clean it ourselves since we were rushing to get to the game.
We let the front desk know and they said they’d note it, but nothing was resolved. When we followed up through Hotels.com, they said they couldn’t help either.
If you’re booking here expecting dinner or drinks on-site—you won’t get that. The listing is outdated and needs to be updated. For the price we paid, this was a huge letdown.
