We arrived late and needed a hotel close to the airport for just one night. While it served that purpose, the price—around $250—felt more like what you'd expect from a $70 Motel 6 on the mainland. The hallways had worn-out carpets in need of replacement, and while the rooms were small, they were at least clean. The entrance was basic, outdated, and uninviting.
The pool area was barebones, lacking any real decor. While it was oceanfront, the outdoor space was minimal, with a grassy area and a few scattered toys. Inside, there was a pool table and a couple of other activity setups, but nothing particularly impressive.
Overall, the hotel felt overpriced and underwhelming, with additional resort and parking fees tacked on. It seems like a classic case of supply and demand driving up prices on Maui.
