Meh!
Let me start by saying that the night receptionist was very kind. But, the first room we were assigned, not only had the door open, but the beds were not made up, one of them was complete stripped. we were assigned another room but we were unable to access it because the door would not open. Finally, we got into the third room, and while the room was clean, it was clear that there were some items that needed attention. The television remote did not work and had tape around the battery section. I tried using the manual controls on the side of the television, and once I got the source changed to HDMI one I was able to access one television station, but when I tried to manually change the television station, the source automatically changed back to TV. I finally gave up. Next, we were trying to run the air conditioner and it would run for about one minute and shut itself off, never to resume no matter what temperature setting I put it on. We had to leave early enough in the morning because we did not want to wait for the room to get hot. I will say that they were very kind about letting us have our dogs. Unfortunately, it was clear to me that the toilet was leaking because the dog bed that had been placed next to it in the bathroom on the tile floor was wet the next morning. When I informed the morning receptionist about all of the problems, her only response was “I’m sorry“ no adjustment to the bill was offered or any concession made.
