Had a mix up with our stay as we had booked the wrong location (was my fault ). However front desk was NOT empathetic at all and not very friendly . After a full 2 days of travel - itโ€™s important to have Customer Service Agents be mindful and try to at least have sympathy . Ended up checking out a day early and have the payment as a loss .

Overall, my stay was lovely. However, the VIP benefits mentioned a free beverage per stay, but I only received water, which is a basic necessity that most hotels provide regardless. I was a bit surprised by that. Besides this, the amenities were nice like the fitness room, but I wish there was a sauna room available for women as well. I didnโ€™t like that they only had a sauna room designated for men.
