I arrived around 8pm. Nobody was at the desk. I finally got into the room, it was crawling with roaches and bed bugs. Outside people were dealing drugs. Some lady was yelling her welfare voucher was not working and none of the items listed are actually there. The pool area is closed and clearly has not been used for years. Did I mention the lights were not working? I am happy hotels.com refunded my Money, if I could rate this as negative I would. Stay away…..

This hotel was horrible and people were dealing drugs out the back and not a safe location. The room was not clean at all and looked like someone had been living there and just moved out. We did not stay and chose a different hotel to stay in the area.

Place was absolutely nasty. There is blood on the walls if I wasn't out of state and couldn't get another motel for a decent price.I would have flipped out.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, nice condition, had clean towels, soap and shampoo. Air conditioning worked. The property owner had a large black pipe run along the inside of the room for the second floor above my room. It looked hideous. The outside was not maintained, when I pulled up, I thought the hotel was closed and abandoned. Advertised breakfast but none.

The room was dirty and garbage hadn’t been removed from previous guests. It stunk and was musty. The staff did the minimum to welcome us and definitely won’t be back.

The photos shown were not what we walked into. The rooms were being "updated" the floors in the sleeping area were nice that's about it. The bathroom was deplorable mold possible, the door to the bathroom must have been kicked in at some point. A chunk was missing,doorknob was sticky. The homeless people outside was off putting. 1/2 star total if possible. The shopping near by was the best part of the area.

If you're traveling or traveling for work do not ever stay in the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen dirty diapers holes in the walls definitely a place for homeless people that the state pays for them to live unless you want to get poked by a needle I highly suggest do not staying here

I had the worst experience ever in my life with this place. It was dirty spiders inside the room and cockroaches, crawling under the bed. Dirty walls the water barely dry out of the bathtub. The pool wasn’t even working.

This was the worst advertising I have ever seen, even my GPS did not want me to go there. I think they are using it as a homeless shelter, which is fine but it should not be advertised. I did not feel safe staying there it's my family. It looks broken down and nasty. I went to the front desk no one was there they wanted you to call a number to get help. If I could give it 0 stars I would. By far the worst hotel and dirtiest I have ever seen and I didn't even go into a room.
