The staff was insulting and tactless. The TV and fridge in the room did not function properly. When politely requesting an additional set of towels, we were begrudgingly brought a singular extra full-size towel.
The hotel was decently cleaned, but they're were cobwebs, stains on the carpeting (questionable ones), and off colored blankets. I really wanted them to have something redeeming about the stay, but it really just kept getting worse. Our room was never serviced for the two nights we stayed.
Then, when checking out, the staff were nowhere to be found and were more interested in keeping their earbuds in instead of having a conversation about our room. We also stayed in mid-May, and the weather was suitable for swimming, as the entire time we were in Corning, it was 80+ degrees daily. The pool was closed with no warning.
Overall the staff is rude, the rooms are okay at best, and the cleanliness is mediocre.
