“My stay at the hotel was okay, but there were a few issues. During check-in, I was initially charged $240 more than my Hotels.com reservation. It took a long time and the involvement of a manager before they finally honored the correct price, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. On a positive note, the hot tub was fantastic, and the room itself was very comfortable. However, the fireplace didn’t function properly, as smoke kept coming back into the room. Additionally, I noticed stains on the comforter and pillow cover, which was disappointing. While there were some highlights, these issues affected my overall experience.”
