We were upset. When we check-in, the hotel receptionist told us that he gave us discount and cheaper price. But I told him that’s my credit card already been charge more larger amount, so I asked him to do the refund for the discount he gave us.
Then he said that Expedia (he mention Expedia, not Hotel.com) that have to refund the money, not him. And next time, he said, I have to book directly to this hotel if I want to get cheaper price.
