I wanted to take a moment to thank your team for a warm and welcoming stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. I also truly appreciated the thoughtful surprise arranged in the room for my wife’s birthday, it made the experience feel very special.
However, I did want to share some feedback so it can be reviewed for future improvement. Unfortunately, the coffee machine’s water holder was damaged and leaked onto my laptop and important papers, which was inconvenient. There was also a persistent mechanical or lift noise during the night, and a car revving outside in the early hours that made it difficult to rest. Additionally, the shower head was loose and kept detaching from the pipe.
I wanted to highlight these points not as complaints, but as feedback from a loyal Hilton guest who genuinely enjoys your hotels and the great service you’re known for. We always choose Hilton DoubleTree for special occasions because of the reliability and comfort it offers, and I’d love to continue doing so.
Given the issues experienced during this stay, I would really appreciate it if you could consider a goodwill gesture or discount toward a future visit. We’d love the opportunity to return and experience the stay as it’s meant to be — relaxed, comfortable, and worry free.
