This was truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve had while traveling in Europe. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional in every way. The bellmen welcomed us warmly, the reception team was always kind and helpful, and the concierge team—especially Paul—went above and beyond both before and during our stay to help with anything we needed. Another gentleman at the concierge desk with dark hair was also wonderful and incredibly attentive. The bartenders in the restaurant were fantastic, Nichola in the ski room made everything effortless each day, and the drivers were always prompt and professional. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of.
The ski-in/ski-out access was absolutely amazing and made the entire experience so convenient. Being able to step right out and onto the slopes, then return so easily at the end of the day, was a huge highlight of the stay.
Our room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We were very grateful for the upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The closet storage was perfect for organizing all of our ski gear, the view from the room was spectacular, and we loved the bathroom amenities, especially the soaps and shampoos. The complimentary water and turndown service were also lovely touches.
The food and drinks throughout the hotel were excellent, and the car service was incredibly efficient. I can’t wait to return next year!
