Very clean room and overall hotel, with very nice bathroom. I was impressed with this hotel, and for the price, it was an exceptional value. The only issue was there was a female making very inappropriate noises in the middle of the night, most likely with her male partner, and there was music coming from that same room. I'm glad my kids didn't wake up to hear that, but it was extremely loud. I know the hotel cannot control such behavior, but I was chocked to hear that in a place like Jeddah.

I was double charged by Expedia, the staff couldn't solve my problem instead asked me to contact Expedia. When i arrived back to Canada i complained to Expedia they said the Hotel suppose to report otherwise I will not get a refund. It was difficult to communicate with the staff they only speak Arabic.
