We stayed here for one night while on a long transit between NYC and the Caribbean. The stay was comfortable, the check in was smooth and the staff were nice. Comfortable bed. Decor and furniture are dated, but I think that's part of the point given the historical nature of the hotel. Bathroom didn't have any soap and bottles of water were not complimentary. Would stay here again for a night or two, but far from luxury.

The staff was SO nice. Zoe especially with telling me about what's to do in the area. Hotel has a rich history, definitely ask the staff about it! Rooms were clean and very nice looking. Water was hot, pressure could be better though. Beds were comfortable but slightly too firm..AC was really cold but easily adjustable. Overall very nice hotel and definitely recommend. A+

Okay, here isy honest feedback for this hotel. It's a basic hotel to sleep and take a shower. That's it. It's an old building that has had some remodeling like fresh paint but it still smells musty or smoky. The staff are super friendly! My room was decent but I didn't have any shampoos or soap.

Horrible and unsafe location!! I reached out to hotels.com and they didnt even care. So bad we left without staying the night. And to the hotels.com team, beyond disappointed with your response to my concerns. Users beware of this hotel AND thinking this booking site cares about its members safety

I stayed for one night , a lady named ( tonie) was very sweet in nice she’s a good reason to come back to the hotel by its self no problem at check in . Everyone also had a good vibe.

Likes: -Location is walkable to Biscayne Blvd and the Miami Heat arena -Historic building that has Old Miami charm -Staff was friendly -No signs of bedbugs -Roku TV Dislikes: -No soap was provided in the room -Only 1 towel was provided (I booked for 2 people) -Door to the room stuck badly -Obvious dirt and grit on the floor -A/C was not sufficient -2 of 3 windows had only sheer curtains -No trash bin in the room
