A disappointing Hotel not of Wyndham standard.
1.The hotel staff was very unfriendly. In a taxi, we went there at 12:15PM to check-in and drop our luggage. The hotel had rooms available but would not check us in before 3PM. They demanded additional $55 for early check-in, something I never experienced before. We talked to the manager, Manoj Pandya also but no help.
2. They took $100 security deposit besides the room rent when there was nothing in the room (drinks or snacks) that we could consume.
3. The hotel is on a Railway track. At night quite a few long distance trains ran very frequently making a lot of noise. Our room on 6th floor was facing the track. The window was not sound proof and so our room was very noisy and we could not sleep properly.
4. The shower door was defective. It was not installed properly. One part of the door would slide back and so we were not able to close the door while taking shower. I pointed this to the reception but they totally ignored and did nothing.
5. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. But there was no floor mat anywhere, The shower was very small.
6. On one night we could hear loud conversation from our adjacent room including love making noise.
