It was a terrible experience. First of all, we book a room form 5 members of the family, and It didn´t have enough beds for 5. Just 2 queens. I have 3 teenagers. I had to complain and they move us to a similar room, but with a sofa that converts in a bed.
Then cleanness of the room. The first day, they didn´t clean the room. The second day, it appear that they did the bed, but they took out all the towels, and didn´t replace them. We have to call the reception to get the towels. The 3 day, we arrive at night, and the elevetor wasn´t functioning, so we have to use the stairs to the 7th floor. When we arrived we didn´t have toilet paper, we tried to call the reception, and the telephone wasn´t working, I had to look for the telephone in the app of hoteles.com, to call from my cell to the reception and ask for the toilet paper. Because we didnt´ want to go back to the reception desk and got the toilet paper because the elevators weren´t out of service.
But yes, they brought the toiltet paper at 1:30am in the morning, waking me at that hour.
Yes the pillows were comfortable also the beds, but the general experience wasn´t a good one.
