The room was very moist when you walked in. The comforters felt damp, it smelled like mildew, and the bathroom was dark and damp. I asked for another room and was told none were available due to having pets. We slept on top of the comforters and checked out as early as possible. A few days later I received a charge on my card for an undisclosed pet deposit. In the amount of $65. I called and explained I had paid their pet deposit. I was told I’d need to email the manager and they would respond via email within 30 days. The clerk also told me good luck with it, they had never seen the manager give a refund. So I didn’t even bother. I had just moved into town and could not take on one more thing to try and keep up with. I’ve just made sure everyone that has come to visit does not stay there. I’ll never be back.
