Upon our arrival at approximately 5:00 PM, we encountered an inconvenience as our room was not prepared for check-in, which starts at 2:00 PM. The delay in room readiness extended beyond 30 minutes. Upon arrival to the family suite, we discovered that the room was without toilet paper, contained beverages from previous guests in the refrigerator, exhibited stains on the bed linens, and was infested with insects.There was no hot water and a foul smell coming from the kitchen sink. The entrance door and several windows did not close properly. Furthermore, the beach area was littered with dog feces, and the exterior hammock and surrounding areas smelled like urine likely from the stray dogs and cats on the premises. The management’s response to this situation was notably indifferent. No proactive measures were taken to accommodate our needs or address our concerns. Consequently, we resorted to Expedia for assistance. The overall experience was profoundly unpleasant for us.
