Upon arrival, I was told that there was no accessible room available, even though I had a confirmed reservation for one. The clerk said that some were booked and the others were dirty and that I would simply have to find another hotel (I have a broken leg and needed an accessible room, which is why I reserved one.) I mentioned again that my reservation was confirmed, and she agreed, but said no room available.
Upon my request to speak to the manager, the clerk called the manager, who told her to relay to me we'd have to find another hotel. We had been traveling all day and it was getting dark - hard to find another hotel at that point.
I told the clerk that I wanted to speak personally with the manager and that we would be in the restaurant. The clerk said the manager would come and talk to us, which never happened.
At any rate, after our meal, we were told by the clerk that there was in fact suddenly an accessible room for us.
So - the check in was a horrible experience and the clerk was not helpful.
The room was fine with a comfortable bed. The toilet didn't flush, though.
