Not much effort on any areas. The room was dirty with hair in the bathroom (not ours!), beds dirty. The owners were somewhat helpful in arranging a tour, but nothing more than that. On our day of departure we had told him we got picked up at 7:00am and asked if it was possible to have breakfast and also settle on the bill. At 6:55 there was no one around. He came at around 7:00 when we where suppose to go, he didn’t wrap up the bill as promised and we had to wait for him to make the bill ready, then the creditcard machine didn’t work and we had to go with him to a different place to pay. Cherry on top of the cake, we had put our luggage in the reception while finishing the payment and when we got back one of our suitcases was missing!!! The owner apparently had to drive some guests, and he took the wrong suitcase. I think it’s insane not to confirm the luggage you take with the guests youre driving. We tried to talk with the other people working there but no one spoke English and everyone ignored us even though we were panicking that our suitcase was gone. And instead of apologizing and coming back, he told us that we could come and find him on the highway with our driver!!! We did, got the suitcase but he didn’t even bother to come over and apologize for the mistake. I understand that mistakes happens, but at least own up to it. Almost an hour late, we could finally get going with our driver.
