"A bit of an older hotel with not much around it. Has a lovely interior garden, a hot spring, and some very kind staff. The beds were quite stiff though and the pillows were mediocre. The hotel occasionally shows it’s age in other ways, but for the most part it was a very nice stay."

"clean and quiet room; good breakfast; near the bus stop; great city view; The hotel can help to receive package and stores luggage in front desk for multiple days. But the heater is so hot, unable to switch off. The breakfast buffet start at 0630am, the guest unable to take the first bus to the Zao onsen."
