"I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Miami, and the location was honestly the highlight for me. It’s right in Brickell, so I was within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants I already frequent, which made the whole trip feel easy and familiar. The hotel itself has a clean, modern vibe. My room was comfortable, nothing over the top, but it had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was solid, and overall it felt like a good place to come back to after being out most of the day. Service was decent. No major issues, but nothing that really stood out either. It got the job done."

"Room service food stale, unfriendly welcoming desk, I.e no welcoming explanation of establishment, explain if incidental charges being applied and lack of courtesy if an individuals name was pronounced correctly."

"Room was not very clean. Table had eye lash hairs, water marks from drink cups so hasn’t been wiped. Green couch had obvious dirt and needed a vacuum. Bed was clean. Side table had makeup residue. Bathroom light switch had makeup on wall. Walls were scuffed and dingy"
