"This was an amazingly placed Hotel, just a few steps from Tower Hill tube station. Really funky modern vibe and on one of the hottest weekends just beautifully cool. Our room had everything we needed and was clean. Stunning views and so well located for the tower of London. Plenty of eateries nearby and being so accessible for the tube we were able to travel all over. Would highly recommend."

"This hotel is a luxury hotel if you squint hard enough. The bones are there. but there is wear and evidence of the need to constantly retrofit an old building into a modern hotel. It is not a great place for business. The cell service is spotty in the room we had, which messed up getting on work VPN. The lifts are inadequate for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was OK, not great value, but it is downtown London. The location is great. Really close to the Tube and connected that way to everything...

"Location right by Picadilly simply cannot be beat, if you are in London to watch shows this is the place to be, seconds away from several West End theatres. Cocoon was immaculately clean, nicely sound isolated, had what you need for a good night's sleep at a nice price for the area."
