"The people here are great, they are very knowledgeable and accommodating. It was very easy to change times and rearrange tours. It is a very welcoming place to stay, it is family ran and makes you feel as a house guest. There are many near by shops and stores that you can walk to also. "
"Staff were fabulous. Breakfast & dinner on the rooftop overlooking the Pyramids & the Sphinx one of life's amazing travel moments. I loved the hotel."
"The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The shower very spacious. I didn't have a chance to use the jacuzi, though it was available.
The view from the balcony and the rooftop restaurant was as shown in the photos and is amazing.
When the authorities complete a bridge or tunnel to get over to the GEM, this will be perfect."
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was particularly helpful that the front desk staff all spoke good English. The simple breakfast was served on the roof top terrace where there was an amazing view of the pyramids. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. It took about 30 minutes to walk approximately one mile to the pyramids. We also took a taxi to Saladin Citadel which I would strongly recommend. The area of Giza surrounding the hotel is, to say the least, very lively with many shops and eating and drinking places. We were very well looked after in this friendly hotel and would gladly stay again."
"Being a first-time solo female traveler, the staff made me feel safe and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely professional and attentive and provided great customer service as well as the other staff members. Overall, my stay was pleasant. "
