Older hotel, but for the price, excellent.
I loved the premium king suite (not much more) and had a workout bike and sauna in the room. Glad I spend more for it-worth it."

No es común encontrar un equipo donde la amabilidad se siente genuina, no ensayada. Se nota que el espíritu de este lugar viene de las personas que lo habitan día a día.
Cuiden eso. Es lo más difícil de replicar y lo más valioso que tienen.

"I stayed less than 24 hours as I had an early flight but it was the perfect and central spot to stay, close to Parque Kennedy and tons of options for food and shopping. Staff was awesome overall and even prepped an early breakfast to-go bag for me because I had to leave hotel so early to get to airport. Thanks!"

Stayed two nights in November 2015. Space around the king-size bed was modest, nice bathroom, everything worked well. WiFi was nice to have. There is an elevator. Breakfast on the 8th floor was good and offered considerable variety.
Most impressive was how helpful the front desk staff was. Everyone there had very good English, and they were always quick with answers, map, assistance getting taxis, etc.
The hotel is very conveniently located. About five blocks walk to the LarcoMar...
The room was clean and well maintained and cleaned every day.

There hotel is extremely well located in a very safe area with lots of restaurants and bars close ny.
The historic centre is about 30 minutes by taxi but Uber is cheap.
I really enjoyed my time in Tambo 1. It's a great location and clean and walkable to many places. The Breakfast was great and plenty of it. We did have an incident where my sister fell in the shower and lacerated her head and bruised her back. I did bring it to the attention of the personnel and they took matters into their hands. BUt be very careful with the very slippery floor in the bathroom. Do request a mat for the shower prior to occupying. Other than that we really enjoy the place.
We spent ten days in this excellent hotel. Everything was great. The room with comfortable beds and a HD TV with a very good selection of directv channels, the location, the free breakfast, the computer center (with 5 pcs and a printer 24-7), the gym, the security of the building, etc. I really love it. The best part was the employees. I felt like I was at home with my friends. Surely, I will be back next time I visit Lima.
I was there for 10 days & felt at home. Staff was amazing, friendly, courteous & helpful. Great neighborhood. Close to banks, shops & restaurants. I will stay there again. And I highly recommended this hotel. 5 Stars
Small quiet hotel close to shops and restaurants. The staff is simply great. They staff is friendly and knowledgeable, 24h service The hotel is very clean. Filtered Water stations on every floor
. the restaurant food is also good. The included breakfast has decent size buffet and their A la carte menu is not bad at all (flavor and cost). Definitely would come back.
The only drawback is that there’s no small fridge in the room.
Beautiful historic property with abundant charm. Restaurant and bar are top notch. Staff very friendly and fluent in English. Very safe/secure amd well located near the Malecon, parks, and other destinations.
