"Still brand new. Spotless and modern. Manager Linda (who speaks great English) and support staff were caring in every way, efficient, helpful. Breakfast was large and varied the 3 days I was served. No laundry facilities but literally a 4 minute walk away is a laundry service where a lady did all but fold for me. Location is about a 25 minute walk to the central square, museums...but safe. Would definitely stay there again. Deb"

"Springs Hotel was one of the few that have a round the clock manned front desk where the person speaks English. Boder the Manager and Billie at the Front desk were great to deal with. The hotel is centrally located. It has a Japanese and Chinese Restaurant. The breakfast was very good and filling. Overall our stay was comfortable and enjoyable"

"This hotel is very nice. The breakfast is EXCELLENT with a dedicated egg station where you could choose omelettes or whatever kind of eggs you wanted them to prepare on the spot. The hotel offers currency exchange, but I was unable to convert my Mongolian back to USD, so I would recommend doing just a little at a time. Most places, except a few museums, take CCs anyways. (I did manage to change my currency back at the airport.) I loved that this hotel offered early check in as we arrived around 5 AM. However, it costs $60. Some employees struggled with English, but all had smiling faces and wanted to help you. The hotel is within walking distance of the major attractions."

"Hostel was very clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. The host was nice and responsive. We stayed here in the off-season (November) and had it all to ourselves except for one night, when a group of four rented another room. "
