"Hotel was clean and busy. Front desk staff were very helpful. You fo need a car and as such the hotel was a useful base. Transport into Leipzig was not good especially late at night. Breakfast was very good"

"We were visiting from the US and visiting Colditz Castle. This stop was wonderful with clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. The water park is a big hit with the locals and visitors alike. Some of the best food we had on our trip. I'd definitely choose to stay again."

"All round good place to stay close to the airport"

"This the best "highway hotel" that I have stayed in, in Germany. There is a nice restaurant with very good food and an excellent breakfast offering with lots of local produce, which really surprised me. Also, if you drive an EV there are two chargers activated by credit card so no hassle with QR codes etc. I warmly recommend Hotel Windorf if you are traveling through or want to visit Leipzig and surroundings."
