The location is very central. The apartment is 4 flights of stairs up, no elevator, so be aware if you are carrying big luggages. This is the good part...the real problem is that the host does not answer to the phone, never ever, only texts. I had issues opening the front door on the street the very first day, during check in. The instructions sent by email were not correct, i called many times with no answer. When i texted the host, he replied with the same wrong instructions that were sent by email. Like copy/paste. It really felt like there was a bot answering and not a real person. I was lucky only because someone that was living in the building happened to walk out of the door and i was able to get in, otherwise I really do not know what/how i could have done.

Location was good, just behind the Uffizi Gallery. It's not bad with the relation to the location, but it's small and not very comfortable, there could be noise as it right in the city center. Warm water wenr our, and it was not fixed. I saw a small bug at the bedroom on first day.

The location was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the room was relatively quiet. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was extremely stressful. We were unable to access the property using the keypad instructions and repeatedly contacted the host via WhatsApp and phone for assistance. Our messages were ignored in real time, and phone calls were unanswered or disconnected, despite us clearly explaining that we needed urgent help. As we were also dealing with lost luggage at the time, the lack of support added significant stress. We ultimately had to figure out the issue ourselves. The apartment was otherwise acceptable, but the bathroom sink was clogged, the floors were not very clean, and there was a noticeable sewage smell throughout the building and apartment. The room was also poorly ventilated. Overall, the good location and comfortable bed did not make up for the poor communication and maintenance issues.

This was our worst rental experience... We certainly weren’t prepared for this, as a price of 100 euros per night doesn’t include insects crawling on the walls and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The apartment had a constant unpleasant odor, and the bathroom smelled even worse. It was also very stuffy, with no air circulation, so the towels simply never dried. When I looked at the exhaust vent in the bathroom ceiling, it all became clear: it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. Layers of dust and dirt were everywhere, horrific! And we were breathing it in... Only the rain shower worked in the shower stall. We wrote to the owners about this immediately after moving in, and they replied, «Try pressing the faucet.» Of course, the problem didn’t get resolved, and we had to shower with the rain shower for the entire stay, which was very uncomfortable! On top of that, we had to brush our teeth in the shower because the sink drain was a whole other story. Even with the lowest pressure, the water pooled and wouldn’t drain! I’m terrified to think what happened to that drain and when it was last cleaned. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, because these conditions ruined our overall experience. The only positive about this place is its location – it’s truly in the heart of the city, with absolutely everything within walking distance. I hope this review will change something, and guests will either know what to expect or the conditions will match the pi

It’s relatively cheap compared to other places in Florence and was very well situated, so I would still stay here again, but it did come with some drawbacks. 1. We were given the same door code as the room down the hall, and due to bad luck the other room knew our door code. 2. Also the room smelt badly of damp, but then you barely spend any time in the room anyway.

The location is incredible a quiet street right off the heart of tourism in Florence. Your within walking distance of pretty much everything. The apartment is small but has everything me and my wife needed for a home base while traveling around Italy. It was a great stay and if we come back to Italy we will definitely stay again if available. The only few things that didn’t make it perfect were a few mechanical things in the bathroom like a loose toilet seat and slow drains in sink and shower. Also the Wi-Fi never worked during our stay and couldn’t get in touch with our contact to resolve that.

Le numéro de téléphone pour joindre l'hôte était faut. Donc hôte injoignable pour confirmer la réservation. L'appartement manquait vraiment de propreté malgré le coût du ménage qui est demandé. Cabine de douche très sale. Beaucoup d'éléments à réparer (revisser poignet de douche, barre de serviette..) Aucune chaine TV disponible, bouilloire qui ne fonctionnait pas.. Dommage, car c'est appartement pourrait être parfait, il est fonctionnel et surtout bien situé. Notre hôte était très sympathique.
