A very nice and confortabile stay in a familiar hotel.Amazing breakfast, nice swimming pool, 5 minutes walking distance from the center of the small Village of Pamukkale I was a bit disappointed during the call to the reception before the check in, being arrived at 6 am by bus in a near city.I wished to inform they about my arrival early asking tò leave bags. Unfortunely the receptionist of the night did not speak english and he continuef tò day : call After 9 am! I consider It a disservice that can get scared guests, strangers in a new country.

Family trip to Pamukkale, excellent experience with Venus Hotel, the rooms were clean and airy, didn't get to use the pool as the weather was on the cold side, enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Suitable for a self-drive holiday, as there is a large car park in front of the hotel.

It was an acceptably clean hotel, but noisy. I did not appreciate being ripped off for TL180 for a beer because apparently the taxes had risen the night before. Even the most expensive hotels don't charge it.

The whole place was well designed with a small pool in the court yard/dining area making it a pleasant place to eat. The menu was quite extensive and good value. The service in the restaurant and elsewhere was very good. The breakfast offered a wide range of foods to satisfy most tastes. The hotel was very clean and seemed to have been recently built/refurbished. The rooms were not large but sufficient with great showers and plenty of hot water. It is 6 minute drive to Pamukkale itself - the South Gate entrance, which isn’t well signed, is the best entrance to access the main attractions. . This hotel in October 2024 was great value for us and the opportunity to do a hot air balloon ride through the hotel for far less than €100 is much better value than in Cappadocia.
