I have stayed in hotels all around the world but the reception staff at this hotel are one or if not the worst and condescending I have ever had to deal with especially for a four star hotel.
I always judge the hotels by how they conduct and try and help the customer but this fell very short of the mark unfortunately, maybe more training and a change at reception may improve. I thought we were the only ones but listening to the other guests it seems the same old issue and most didn’t want to say anything just in case any reprisals may go against them.
The hotel has different prices so inland cheapest side view mid and sea view highest rate, we opted for the side view which I was told I can see the sea, instead I was looking at a brown dead field and if I wanted to see the sea I would have to hang from my balcony just to get a glimpse.
The rooms are ok a few things missing no long mirrors to see yourself it was only possible in the lift mirrors, the mirror in the room was so high up that when my wife was trying to put on her makeup sitting down she could only see the top of her head, made me laugh!
If you want and iron there is one room next to reception with one iron and an ironing board that seen better days so if two or more people wanted to iron their clothes you would have to queue and wait.
I could go on but it was not all bad the breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices so that was good, and the staff where very friendly and accommodating,
Shame for the money.
