OK...
Checked in and went to the room. Thermostat on the wall was noticibly damaged and did not work. Went to the heat/cool unit. It would not turn on. Went back to the desk and they offered to send a maintenance man. I said, why not just put us in a room that works? They relocated us to a room on the first floor beside the exhaust from the pool heater. About once an hour it would roar away for about 15 minutes. This happened all night long. Breakfast was excellent!

Great stay and value also.
Firstly, check in with Lauraine was comfortable professional and a pleasant experience. Also checked out in morning with same. A total positive experience and beyond that a real value. Nice, comfortable stay, enjoyable pool, particularly good breakfast that morning. Would rate it equal to Ramada or Best Western, our usual selections. Will likely find a reason to return.

Room had a noisy HVAC unit. The fan noise was so loud I had to unplug the unit and then the room got too hot and the lack of air movement was uncomfortable. horrible sleep

The hotel was clean and quiet....staff was very friendly.... The continental breakfast was amazing! Sausage, egg omletes, waffles, juices, coffee, teas, cerals, muffins, pasteries, yogurts and more!! The hot tub wasnt working because of a leak but we went to tower 2 and used the one there The only complaint is the room we stayed in (106) was right beside housekeeping and the exhaust tubes to the outside were right outside our window so that was a bit loud

The hotel and room are lovely. And the breakfast was very good. The service and housekeeping was not very good. We were there for a number of days and didn’t have the bed made once. They sort of straitened the covers and put the pillow down. Not sure if they actually cleaned anything. It didn’t look like it. We had to call down for a number of items not replaced in the room and every time we called, we had to go down and get the items. It was a busy weekend and they were full, but still not acceptable.
