My issue is the "No pet" Policy is misleading. I am allergic to dogs, and have real bad allergies, but There were upstairs rooms with 2 big unruly dogs, and and downstairs room with 1 little dog, and when I asked the owner about it. He stated Florida law is they can't refuse "Service Dogs". Neither Dogs were service dogs because the downstairs dog was too little and the upstairs dogs were too hyper and running towards people. Un service Dog behavior. The owner stated there is no way to prove and he has to believe what the customers tell him. My suggestion is to ask for the necessary papers going forward. The owner did tell me to request a refund, in which Expedia denied, again disregarding my allergies and stating Florida law of service dogs. Please take NO pets out of your ad because its misleading. The neighborhood and check in process is excellent, so that's a plus.
