I am very disappointed. I had booked online and received confirmation that my room was reserved. We got there and they said they never received the confirmation but they could give us a room. They said that since I had put “pay at the property “, I wouldn’t be charged for the room by Hotel.ca. I said yes but with the App, I get a free room after booking 10 rooms. So I asked if I’d be getting a rebate for being a Veteran, or going for some tests at the hospital, or a corporate rate, or any other rebate and I was told that the price that they were giving me was with the rebate. I ended up paying a bit more but I lost a stamp for a free room.
