Frida, our wonderful concierge, truly made our stay extra special — she went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The amenities were excellent, especially the gym and the variety of pools. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to the sister beach resort, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the beach as well. We would highly recommend Secrets Tulum Resort."
