Had a very comfortable and relaxing stay, would highly recommend the family suite, very spacious and clean. Things to note, they don't provide housekeeping which didn't bother us but could be a deal breaker for some. They do change towels and take out the trash every morning if you want.
We couldn't find the infinity pool and hot tubs until the last day, they're on the 11th floor, to the left side of the lifts. We were there over Christmas and the pool was freezing cold so we couldn't have used it anyway.
They gave us two towel vouchers for the indoor pool (we were 4 ppl staying for 3 nights). My husband and son went there the first evening and said the water was not warm and they didn't enjoy it so we didn't ask any further about how to get more vouchers in case all of us wanted to go each day.
Otherwise extremely clean and comfy hotel. Beds and pillows were perfect for all of us.
I got a massage treatment at the spa and it was amazing. All staff were very professional and helpful.
The only downside for me was the breakfast. I didn't pay for it when booking based on other reviews here but when we checked in there was a special offer so I took it and regretted it every single day. Very disappointing menu. The scrambled eggs smell so bad and made my teeth stick together, it was disgusting. Coffee was really bland and not strong at all. It was the exact same menu all 3 days with no variation. It really was terrible and will make me think twice before booking here again.
