First time staying at this hotel, it has a beautiful garden, nice clean rooms, great breakfast and is about a 15 minute walk to kuta square with lots of shops and restaurants along the way! It is inbetween two big shopping centres discovery and lippo mall. It is right on the beach so great for sunset and the pool is great with lots of lounge chairs so we had no trouble getting some every day! Great price for what you get, would stay here again!

I would only say that our in room kettle was in a cupboard & couldn’t be extended out so we had to boil the water in the cupboards which was a bit strange. Also no water or milk in the in room fridge. We enjoy the pool atmosphere & it’s huge however the spa is an eyesore. Would be much better if they got rid of it & opened up the pool space a bit more. The staff are amazing
