When I called to get some towels to my room, was told to come pick it up at the front desk. Considering the high cost of the room, the service and the amenities are seriously lacking. Would not stay here again.

The hotel and room are completely standard in korea and fine. Surrounding of the hotel is not good. It's in quiet but shabby side street which doesn't seem so welcoming at night. Pool was already shut down end of August even though it was still warm. A little bit more flexibility and considering weather would be nice regarding closing the swimming pool. Last but not least the mattress is hard and therefore not comfortable but that's personal preference.

Near city hall and walking distance to Hanok village and Nambu market. Front desk staff was not friendly and informative. Unpleasant manner when I ask where the hotel’s overflow parking spots outside of building. Respond with stressed voice and didn’t give correct information at all even I asked again cause I couldn’t find it outside. Disappointed. ☹️

全州バスターミナルからタクシーで移動と思いタクシーの運転手にホテルの写真とホテル名(ハングル)を見せましたが、⁇でした。3台目のタクシー運転手さんにホテル近くまで連れて行っていただけました。 それ以外は2泊しましたが、コンビニも目の前に1軒歩いて5分程でスーパー、徒歩圏内に全州の観光地があります。観光での宿泊でしたら何も問題ないと思います。また、全州に行く予定があれば使用したいと思います。
