Learn more about Coron
Between limestone cliffs and turquoise waters, a diver's paradise awaits with WWII wrecks scattered across the seafloor like underwater museums. Kayak through hidden lagoons where the water shifts between emerald and sapphire depending on the sun's angle. Climb Mt. Tapyas for sunset views that explain why photographers never put their cameras away. Kayangan Lake offers swimming in water so clear it seems like floating in air. After exploring Siete Pecados' vibrant coral gardens, soak tired muscles in Maquinit Hot Spring while watching fishing boats return home. The Twin Lagoon reveals itself only at low tide, a secret pool that rewards the patient traveler. Don't miss CYC Beach, where locals gather for weekend picnics away from the tourist crowds.

Paolyn Houseboats Coron Island
"BOOK NOW. If you are visiting Coron and want an unforgettable lifetime experience, then you have to check out the Paolyn Houseboats. Think Bora Bora, Fiji, or the Maldives but for a fraction of the cost and with the most personable and friendly staff that you will ever meet. The round-trip airport to houseboat transfer was seamless, and they even made the booking and service for the island hopping tours absolutely seamless. They literally pick you up at the boarding dock of your Houseboat and everything is handled through Paolyn. They provided complimentary snorkeling masks, fins, and life vests, which other establishments tend to charge extra for. They also provide kayaks and paddle boards at the Sunset Suites so you can literally go out on your personal deck and use them at your leisure to enjoy the crystal clear turquoise water and lushly green covered limestone cliffs. Not only are the views and services amazing but we found out that the organization currently employees over 300 of the island locals with most being members of the indigenous Tagbanwa tribe, and have been helping ensure the tribes continued perseverance and respect for their home lands. Once again, book now if you want an experience of a lifetime. PS the A/C costs extra but they provide multiple fans, mosquito nets, and bug zappers, so we fully immersed ourselves electing for no A/C and found that the sea breeze from the multiple optional houseboat openings were a nice change. - Love from Las Vegas"
The Funny Lion
"The spot to stay in both El Nido and Coron. Locations are ideal and beautiful, well kept with top notch hospitality. El Nido’s location is a quick minute walk into town center where you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view during your meals or just a long walk on the beach. Coron’s location has beautiful scenic views, great buffet and a rooftop bar that will compete with the best of them."
Fernvale Leisure Club and Resort
"I love the solemnity of the place and how big their swimming pools are. Breakfast was great and delicious, many to choose from. The only downfall is the swimming pools maintenance. It was 4pm when we wanted to swim, no one was there, many dead leaves floating. The walls of the pools have molds. It feels itchy swimming. I had to ask their maintenance to please clean the pool so we could swim."

"Everything was good. Location, food, staff, room, etc. Only negative I felt was breakfast buffet ran out of food often even when you get there around 8am. It took them long time to refill."

Bacau Bay Coron
"We really liked staying at this hotel overall, the only regret is that the WiFi doesn’t really work anywhere except in the lobby. The rooms, the staff, the food and amenities were all top notch otherwise. But they couldn’t get the internet to work anywhere, even though they tried to fix it by restarting their router several times. Hopefully, at our next stay, this issue gets fixed."
