The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola.
I chose this hotel based on other reviewers' comments. The only thing that puzzled me about the comments were those about the "weird" bathroom setup. I found it quite neat! The room was spacious and immaculately kept. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff spoke English and were quite helpful. I stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is super friendly and trying to meet your needs. The location is pretty central. The room was very clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall, this was a nice and clean place to stay there was an unpleasant smell in the cabin and the main shower head didn’t work in one of our cabins and the glass in the patio was too high blocking the view.
