Brilliant hotel. A large room with lots of added amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful when I need them. I will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was extremely plentiful and they made up a take away breakfast for when we had an early departure.

ダブル１室２人で宿泊、広さはスーツケースを広げることは出来るけど、余裕があるわけではないぐらい。アメニティもちゃんと揃っている（歯ブラシあり）。朝食がないプランだったようで、追加で約3000円その場で支払った。朝食の品数はとても全部食べきれないぐらいあるので楽しいです。周辺は静かですが、私たちの部屋は一階、窓の向こうはテラスがあるようで、そこでやたらと騒ぐホテル関係者？通りすがりの人？がいて、それだけは若干うるさかったかな。

The hotel is new, and very busy! The front desk always crowded, still they are kind and helpful. The only issue with my stay was view blocked windows. It is in a great location, walkable and convenient.

The hotel has a good location and the rooms are a good size, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the shower head was not working. I contacted the staff and they came to repair it. After that, however, the shower only had extremely hot water and no cold water, so I had to call them again to fix that issue as well. The most frustrating problem was that there was no phone in the room during my entire stay. I asked four separate times for them to bring a phone, but it never happened. Because of this, anytime I needed anything from the hotel, I had to physically go down 10 floors to speak with reception. Breakfast was also very limited and clearly understaffed. Many tables were left dirty, and guests had to wait until a staff member had time to clean them. Basic items were frequently missing as well—there were no coffee cups at times and no forks, and we had to wait for staff to replenish them. The location and room size were good, but the lack of basic service and repeated operational issues made the stay much less comfortable than it should have been.

När jag frågade vid incheck vart frukosten låg så ville hon inte berätta det då hon inte kunde se att vi hade inkluderat. När jag visade att vi hade det så berättade hon. Skulle bo på våning 1- vilket visade sig vara på samma våning som receptionen efter några försök i hissen och återvändande till personen som checkade in oss för att fråga. Att ge den servicen och berätta direkt hade varit uppskattat. Vi bokade twin beds och fick dubbelsäng. Ganska direkt kom en ung tjej och drog isär sängarna och bäddade om. Medan två andra tjejer stod och kollade på när hon slet och verkade tjata på henne så sa vi att vi kan lösa resten av bäddningen. När vi skulle duscha visade sig att tvålen var helt slut i flaskorna. Det fick vi påfyllt efter ännu ett samtal. På frukostbuffén dagen efter kl 08 ( frukosten var till kl 10 eller 11) så var det helt tomt på nästintill alla fat. Jag frågar en kille när det fylls på samt om yoghurt. Yoghurt var slut (kl 8?). Han går till sin kompis och berättar att jag ifrågasatt att klockan är 8 och allt är slut och de båda skrattar högt. En annan i personalen rycker ut sin mobil som han laddat bland gästerna. Inget ursäktande att frukosten var slut och absolut ingen stress att fylla på igen. Det kändes som att vi var på en ungdomsgård. Otroligt dålig service förutom den tjejen som slet med vår säng och fyllde på tvålen. Hon borde bli ansvarig på hotellet som vet hur man jobbar och levererar snabb och effektiv service. Skicka resten av gänget på kurs 👍

아침식사 괜찮습니다 하지만 화장실 문고리 부러져 있고 뜨거운 물만 나와 샤워는 하지 못했습니다. 히터에서 밤새도록 소음이 나와 끄고 자야했어요. 가격은 비싼데 안좋습니다

Stayed on an upper floor room which was large, clean and modern. The room was too warm however even in Sept as the aircon flow is limited and unable to change the temperature or fan speed. The shower ran either super hot or cold, the tempering valve / mixer needs replacement. Best to bring cash if you wish to order a taxi from the hotel to airport or around the city, as there is no currency exchange at the hotel, nor ATMs nearby.

Great hotel with everything required for a lovely stay in Almaty. Rooms were clean, comfortable and and black out curtains. Sauna and Pool were a great addition, no complaints from hotel amenities and cleaning staff. However, the concierge and help desk staff require major upgrading. When asked for directions to pool or breakfast or to our rooms just pointed dismissively as it was our job to find these things. When asking for a towel as cleaning staff forgot they insited on checking we weren't lying to get another towel. Just left a sour taste in mouth
