Excellent location, amenities, staff and owners. This is a small, 3 room boutique hotel. Do't be fooled by the exterior appearance. This is a new hotel and the owner has taken pride in the remodel and furnishings. The room we stayed in was well-supplied with complimentary beverages, fruit, and snacks.
This property was beautiful!! We loved the pool with the seaside view and our room felt like an oasis after our busy days. Location was perfect for relaxation away from the bustle of the city center. We didn’t mind the walk but it is about 30 minutes give or take. It did seem like Uber/Bolt was easily available if it had been needed.
we were visiting the old town of zadar. The room was nice and clean. the place is about 20 mins to the free parking area at the old town.

I don't know why the beach towels were not free (15 kuna for each) as the other resorts we visited in Croatia.
We were traveling by ferry to Zadar and picked Central Apartments because of its location to the ferry port and it is in the middle of the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially liked the breakfast selections available to us. We would gladly stay here again if we ever visited Zadar.
